  • Who am I?

    My name is Sophie Harris and I am a Perinatal Cognitive Behavioural Therapist and Coach.  I have been working as a therapist since 2008. When I became a mum it inspired me to create my own private therapy practice supporting pregnant women and new mums through the transition to motherhood.

  • Why do I do what I do?

    I believe that new mums are hugely under-supported and under-valued in our society.  On an individual level, I want to help women to feel empowered in their role as a a new mum.  On a societal level, I want to change people's perception of motherhood.  I want the contribution or raising healthy and happy children to be celebrated.

  • Why have I created this course?

    This course is a product of hearing the same issues coming up for my clients time and time again. I wanted to create a method of helping people with these issues that can be accessed by more people and from anywhere in the world. I have purposely included all of the therapy tools that I teach my in 1:1 therapy sessions to pack in as much value as possible. By creating it in this format, this information and learning can be provided at a fraction of the price.
