Module 4: Anxiety management - Learning about anxiety, learning techniques to manage stress, creating lifestyle changes to help your anxiety levels and implementing relaxation strategies.
Module 5: Managing your worry - Learning to tolerate uncertainty, challenge your negative thoughts, how to cope with those worrisome thoughts and how to deal with scary intrusive thoughts.
Module 6: Refocusing your attention - Learning attention training strategies to help move your focus when worrying to something more helpful.
Module 7: Face your fears - Learning how to drop reassurance seeking and checking in a way that feels manageable. Start doing some of the things that you have been avoiding to help reduce your anxiety.
Module 8: Monitoring your progress - Creating an action plan of further changes you can make to help you move past your anxiety.
